It used to be that taco bell was a decent place to get some quick food while chasing around town, last two days we decided to stop by to get something to eat that wasn’t ramen constantly, and two times we were disappointed.
Now, I can understand a mistake or two every once in a while. My room mate makes a habit of checking the bag before we leave the parking lot, which usually doesn’t turn up anything odd, but yesterday she found her taco was missing, but I was charged for a taco.
We told them, and got the taco back. Today, we check and we are again missing an item! Twice in a row is a bit aggravating. How many others have had their orders screwed up? How many only found out at home and it wouldn’t be practical to come up to pick up the rest of the order?
Taco Bell, please consider training your staff better. A mistake once in a while is one thing, but if I have a problem twice in a row, that means the mistakes are happening fairly frequently.
